Christmas at the Zoo

Saturday night, we went to Christmas at the zoo. Gavin really enjoyed looking at all the lights! It was a fun family night out!

Festival of Trees

The Saturday after Thanksgiving we went to Anderson to see GG (great-gma). We went to the festival of Trees. They have several Christmas trees that people have decorated. They auction them off and the money goes to charity. This was the second Santa that Gavin has meet this year. The first Santa he was totally cool with, he sat on his lap and all. This Santa, all he would do is give him a high five. He wanted nothing to do with talking to or sitting on his lap!

Letter to Santa

Mommy and Gavin spent time writing a real nice letter to Santa. Mommy wrote it and them Gavin colored it for Santa. Then we sent it to him!

Thanksgiving

We didn't take many pictures this Thanksgiving. Just forgot!

First trip to Chuckie Cheese

Halloween

I can't do it myself
The beginning of a long journey to get candy

Seriously 14 months and a candy addict

Gavin loved Halloween and trick or treating. I didn't really think that he would understand yet! But, he had us all fooled. It was all about his bucket and the candy that was in it(although it didn't eat much of it.) He knew to walk to the house and hold his bucket. If he thought for 1 second that you were going to take the bucket, he would cry! He trick or treated with cousins Tea and Aliviah. They has so much fun! He also loved his turtle costume. We thought we wouldn't be able to keep it on him, but he proved us wrong, again!

Carving Gavin's pumpkin

Gavin wasn't really interested in the pumpkin carving idea. We let him try to help clean the pumpkin. He didn't seem to care much about it.

Playing at the park

Gavin loves the park even more now than he did a couple of months ago. He loves to swing and he can go down the slide by himself now! He loves it. He is going to be sad when winter gets here.

Playdate at the Zoo

In September, we went to the Zoo with our small group. We didn't take a lot of pictures. But, these I thought we cute. They are of Gavin and Madeline. For some reason he alway reaches to hold her hands( well in these pictures, her toys, but usually her hand). So cute!
